These Terms of Use govern your use of the Lash & Brow Beauty Lounge app. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The app lets you sign in with your phone number, browse our real service menu, book or cancel appointments, view your appointment history, and track loyalty points. Appointment scheduling runs through Square; the app does not process payments directly — payment happens in-studio or through Square's own checkout.
You're responsible for providing an accurate name and phone number and for any appointments booked under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile, or at delete-account.html.
Signing in requires verifying your phone number by text message. By entering your phone number, you consent to receive a one-time verification code by SMS. Message and data rates may apply. We only send verification texts — never marketing messages — and only when you request to sign in.
Bookings, cancellations, and availability are subject to Lash & Brow Beauty Lounge's scheduling policies. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
Don't use the app to submit false booking information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access another client's account or data.
The app is provided "as is." While we work to keep availability and booking information accurate and live, we don't guarantee the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Lash & Brow Beauty Lounge and Nexcore AI are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
