This Privacy Policy explains what information the Lash & Brow Beauty Lounge app collects, how it's used, and how you can delete it.

Information we collect

Name and phone number — collected when you sign in or book an appointment, used to identify your account and find your bookings.
Verification code — when you sign in, we text a one-time 6-digit code to your phone number to confirm you own it. The code is stored only briefly and is deleted once used or expired (within 5 minutes).
Appointment history — the services, times, and stylists you've booked, pulled from our scheduling provider, Square.
Loyalty points balance — tracked internally based on your completed visits.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or any device data beyond what's needed to run the app. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to: verify your identity at sign-in, show your upcoming and past appointments, let you book or cancel a visit, and track your loyalty rewards. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Third parties

Appointment scheduling and payment processing are handled by Square, Inc., which has its own privacy policy. Your booking data is stored with Square as our scheduling provider. Sign-in verification texts are sent through Twilio, our messaging provider, solely to deliver your one-time code. App data (your account record and loyalty points) is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure as our hosting provider.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account information for as long as you have an account with us. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

In the app: open your Profile and tap Delete my account.
Without the app: visit lash-and-brow-app.pages.dev/delete-account.html and submit your phone number.

Deleting your account permanently removes your name, phone number, and loyalty points from our systems. It does not delete your independent booking history held directly by Square, which you can manage separately through Square's own privacy tools.

Children's privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
